No prior experience is necessary. This program is designed to guide both beginners and experienced practitioners. Each session includes detailed instructions and support to ensure you can practice confidently

The duration of the program may vary depending on the format (e.g., 21 days, 40 days, or ongoing). Each session typically lasts 15–45 minutes, including guidance, chanting, and meditation

These are recorded sessions. However, daily consistency is encouraged to maximize the benefits of sadhana. We also provide written instructions and support to help you stay on track

All you need is a quiet space, a comfortable seat, and ideally a mala (rosary) for mantra counting. You may also light a candle or incense to create a sacred atmosphere, but it's optional

While rooted in yogic and Vedic traditions, this program is spiritual and universal in nature. It is open to people of all faiths and backgrounds who seek inner peace and self-discovery

In some advanced formats, personalized mantra initiation (mantra diksha) may be offered by a qualified teacher. Otherwise, we follow a guided mantra chosen for the collective focus of the group

Maintaining a sattvic (pure and balanced) lifestyle is recommended for best results. This includes a vegetarian diet, regular sleep schedule, and avoiding intoxicants. However, these are suggestions, not requirements
